Working With Us  On the surface, the Social Invention Group may look like many other consulting or organizational development companies. Below the surface, our methods for working with you are: - more informal, building on smart networks and decentralized communities-of-practice rather than the organizational chart.
These attributes help make our work self-sustaining and self-spreading. We find people learn best when they discover solutions themselves, among peers in their local context.
Theory~Practice
Our principles and methods have been inspired by a vibrant community of complexity science pioneers and honed in practical real-world consulting engagements. We move well beyond focus groups and abstract surveys, focusing on behaviors in context and in real-time.
We work fluidly, back and forth between emerging theory and practice. We are action-oriented theorists, often acting our way into new thinking. Keith calls himself a “structured improvisationalist.”
